IMPORTANT DROP OFF INFORMATION

(Drop off appointments will be available 2 weeks prior to the event- consignors will receive an e-mail)

Monday, March 19th: 12 pm- 6 pm

Tuesday, March 20th:  10 am- 7 pm

Wednesday, March 21st: 10 am- 1 pm

**Please do not drop off during your volunteer shift. You will be asked to reschedule your drop off appointment**

 Drop Off Procedures
   **No Children Please**

Before you Leave Home:
1. Arrange clothing according to gender and size BEFORE delivery.
2. Bring your items already priced and tagged properly.
3. Sign up for your drop off slot, an e-mail will be sent to notify consignors that they may register for a drop off time approximately 2 weeks before the event. 

When you arrive at the sale:
1. Arrive ONLY at your designated drop off time.
2. Pull along the side of the building (follow the signs)
3. Once your finished unloading, park your vehicle in front of the building and return to the registration table.
4. Check in at the registration table:
*Confirm your mailing address
*Drop off carseat agreement if necessary
*Receive your preview passes
5. Proceed to item inspection
6. If necessary, a volunteer will show you the sales floor and help you place your items.

*LARGE BINS, THIRTY ONE BAGS, OR BOXES ARE HELPFUL TO TRANSPORT YOUR ITEMS*

IMPORTANT: 
ALL consignors MUST schedule a drop off time when the e-mail is sent out and the drop off times are available.  If you  have any questions or are unable to make one of the assigned times please contact us. We are more than happy to accommodate.

UNSOLD ITEM PICK UP

Saturday, March 24th:  3 pm- 5 pm  

    ** ANY ITEMS LEFT AFTER 5 PM WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE DONATED, NO EXCEPTIONS!**
