2. 2 hour volunteer shifts-  For those busy moms, dads, and grandparents we offer 2 hour volunteer shifts for your convenience! Click

3. 1/2 off pre-sale for Consignors & Volunteers ONLY- Friday, Sept. 7th 7 pm- 8 pm (no guests)

4. Military Appreciation & Law Enforcement Pre-Sale- preview sale privileges for any active military member/law enforcement and spouse with a valid ID. No pre-registration is required.

5.  Public Pre-Sale- Weds. Sept. 5th 6-9 pm ($5 per adult). Ticket will not be for sale at the door. Proceeds will benefit TBD.

Sat. Sept. 8th. 3:30-4:30 pm. $10/bag (bags will be provided)
All proceeds will be donated to TBD!

Questions you may have...

1. First off, What exactly is a consignment sale?

 "Trading arrangement in which a seller sends goods to a buyer or reseller who pays the seller only as and when the goods are sold." (Courtesy of Two Times Around is a consignment event where cosigners will receive 70% of all items sold.

2. When does the sale open to the public so I can shop?

The sale will open Thursday, Sept. 6th at 10 am through Saturday, Sept. 8th at noon.  Click

3. When is the last time I can register to consign my items?

The last time you are able to register for the Fall/Winter event is Sunday, Sept. 2nd at midnight.  Also at this time ALL items MUST be entered into the online system.

4. What methods of payment will be accepted at the event?

Cash and all major credit cards (VISA & MasterCard). $10 minimum order for all credit cards. All returned checks there is a $35 fee.

5.  Who is eligible to shop the pre-sale?

Consignors, Volunteers, and 1ST TIME moms/dads/grandparents, military & law enforcement are able to shop the pre-sale Wednesday evening.  Click 
here to see exact times. If you are interested in shopping the pre-sale then simply volunteer a short period of your time, register as a "1st Time MOM" or become a consignor. **PLEASE NO CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 12 DURING THE PRE-SALE (Nursing infants are permitted in a carrier) -no strollers**

6. I am a 1st time mom, where do I register to shop the preview sale?

9. What can I expect at drop-off? Do I need to schedule a
drop off time?



  • Arrange your clothing according to size and gender BEFORE drop-off
  • A volunteer will meet you at drop-off to assist in getting your items out of the vehicle.
  • Immediately park your vehicle.
  • Rejoin your volunteer in the entrance way.
  • We will inspect your items for acceptability and proper tagging.
  • The volunteer will assist you in displaying your items for sale.
  • Finally check in at the registration table. (We will confirm your name, seller number, address, phone number and e-mail).
  • The last step is to get your pre-sale pass!
  • Yes you must schedule a drop off time when the e-mail is sent out and the drop off times are available.  If you  have any questions or are unable to make one of the assigned times please contact us. We are more than happy to accommodate.

   10. When can I pickup my unsold items?

Saturday, Sept. 8th from 3 pm - 5 pm

11. Where do the items go that I check to donate?

All items that are donated go to Salvation Army of Hagerstown. Tax deduction forms are provided upon request.
